Heal Thy Self Mind and Body Wellness Inc. is based on Hebrew Israelite values and culture. Incorporated in the State of California in the county of Orange. It is Our mission to live in the purpose that The Most High has given us. We help our communities heal their temple, Mind, Body and Spirit. Heal Thy Self Mind and Body Wellness Inc. Is set apart from most other health and wellness practices because we keep our Ah’ba, Who is The Most High, "God" of Abraham Isaac and Jacob at the center and forefront of Our practice and all our services to our clients. We understand the importance of total and complete obedience to the Most High’s laws. Which is the most vital part of achieving total and complete healing of our mental physical and spiritual of Our temple.

Heal Thy Self Mind and Body Wellness Inc. practices with the Health concerns of the Hebrew Community, however, we also have a passion for serving all those who can respect our views and our faith respectfully and fully.

According to the BlueCross BlueShield website

They state in Regards to Cardiovascular Health 

70% of our so called black/ Hebrew brothers are more likely to die from cardiovascular health compared to the other nations

The risk factors associated with cardiovascular health concerns like stroke is also associated with other health concerns that are growing epidemic in our Hebrew community

According to the U.S Department of Health and Human Services of Minority Health

Those who are Overweight are also at risk– Our so called black Hebrew sisters are considered to have the highest rates compared to the other nations at a rate of 4 out of 5.  

Regarding High Cholesterol and Hypertension (high blood pressure) – there is data dated in year 2018 that reveal that our Hebrew community was 30 percent more likely to die from heart disease than other communities more specifically the so called Caucasians/ edomite nations.

Also, 40 percent of our nation are more likely to have high blood pressure and less likely to know how to control their blood pressure or seek help.. Unfortunately out of that 40%, 60% percent at a minimum are our Hebrew sisters who have high blood pressure. That speaks volumes! 

And regarding Diabetes 

60% of our so called black/ Hebrew adult community are more likely to be told they are “diagnosed” with diabetes by a physician

Regarding Maternal Health 

Our so called black/ “Hebrew mothers have a mortality rate that is 3x higher. Which refers to the deaths and complications during their child birth. Also, with a morbidity rate that is 2x higher. Which refers to their short and or long term health problems which are a result from their pregnancy and giving birth. 

Mental or Behavioral Health Issues in Our Hebrew communities are less likely  dealt with although Our Hebrew Communities are more apt to have sufferer from PTSD.  

The information provided nowhere even scratches the surface  of all the health concerns of our nations. Heal Thy Self Mind and Body Wellness Inc is and Integrative and Holistic practice.

Our job is to speak life in to you and help you learn how to heal. Not to give you false hope but to help you find the root of your symptoms. and eradicate them. 

Unlike most physicians or other medical professionals we consider our clients family. Are clients  are allowing us to help them at such a vulnerable time of seeking healing and direction. Most times when our clients come to us, they have already tried all other options and now are considering a more natural approach for their healing.
